Each sprout is checked for quality against our "Stringent Organic Unique Procedure" (SOUP) to ensure it is of the highest quality. First, the outer layers are removed to reveal the greenest, tastiest part of the sprout inside. | After peeling, the sprouts are cooked in a tall pressure cooker over 20m tall. This is large enough to hold nearly three tons of delicious sprouts. After checking the water content, we mash the sprouts up in the water to leave our famous creamy Sprout Soup, ready for bottling up before being shipped out to our distributors. |
